Holyrood has decided to defer these reductions until 2011; however, new figures have suggested that the Scottish Government may also have to find nearly £2bn of further cuts next year.Implementing these austerity measures whilst maintaining the quality of public services will prove a daunting challenge. At Efficiency & Reform Scotland, delegates will be briefed on both the current financial situation and the future outlook and will have the opportunity to learn about the many process improvements that can be adopted to trim government spending. read more .... programme register to attend here
